The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber growth for Disney Streaming. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in implementing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion & efficiency via influencer campaigns.
  • Support execution of influencer campaigns to meet or exceed direct response goals.
  • Draft campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and influencer contracts.
  • Prospect and curate new talent for influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal crossfunctional teams like brand, legal, and strategy for campaign approvals and coordination.
  • Work closely with other paid media marketing teams to help coordinate asset deliveries and campaign launches.
  • Help lead direct relationships with top influencers and agencies.
  • Track, monitor, and report on post/ad performance against key performance indicators across social channels, including Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Recommend new influencers and campaign strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay uptodate with best practices and emerging trends.

Basic Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of relevant experience (direct experience in influencer marketing preferred but not required)
  • Passion for influencer marketing, pop culture, and industry trends.
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Strategic selfstarter who can effectively prioritize many ongoing projects
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (Spanish preferred)
  • Passion for innovation, creative problemsolving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • A strong communicator with a cando, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
