For our well-known client, a medical technology company in the region, we are looking for a
Project Planner (m/f/d) Medical Technology.

Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities

Creation of
MS Project plans and detailed
project planning in coordination with project and subproject managers

-
Monitoring of project progress and
achievement of milestones, identifying discrepancies and deviations as well as their impact

Documentation of project meetings and
maintenance and filing of technical project documents, as well as systematic project work with the project team
Recording project status, creating
overall overviews of the different subprojects, and supporting the creation of decision templates for prioritization
Summarizing and
visualizing results (graphical representation contributes to understanding of results and is part of project reporting)

Reporting on the quality status of company-owned products

Professional Requirements

Successfully completed further education as a technician (m/f/d) or bachelor's degree in physics/electrical engineering/mechanics or equivalent
Relevant professional experience in project management, preferably in the development or production of medical technology products
Good technical knowledge in the fields of physics, electrical engineering, or mechanics, with experience in vacuum or high voltage technology or other technically demanding fields being desirable
Very good knowledge of database evaluation
