Are you ready to take on the role of International Operations Manager? Join our International operations crew to lead and optimize crucial workflows and processes across 30 countries. You'll be the driving force behind efficiency and success!
You'll collaborate closely with the International Customer Success team to deliver top-notch service and partner with the International Product & Engineering teams to scale up and streamline operations.
- Design, implement, and launch processes and automations to boost internal efficiency, enhance customer service, and deliver more value
- Create country-specific SOPs for Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow for international workers
- Oversee end-to-end management of international workers' journey, from onboarding to payroll to compliance
- Identify and resolve operational challenges in customer service with the Customer Success team
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering for operational enhancements
- Take charge of internal tools and the CS Stack
- Establish metrics to track and improve operational efficiency
