Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Assist with sales efforts by identifying upselling or crossselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
Skills:
- in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Experience in sales or outbound marketing is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Job Types:

Pay:
$60,000 - $250,000.00 per year
