Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
• Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Assist with sales efforts by identifying upselling or crossselling opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.

Skills:

- in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Experience in sales or outbound marketing is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
