Accounts Payable/receivable Clerk - Rancho Cucamonga, United States - District & Charter Patrol

Description

• 2+ years of full-time experience as an AR/AP clerk
• CAPP or CAPA certification
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency with financial software

• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
• Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
• Respond to employee inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding payroll
• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Analyzing workflow processes
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring payables and payroll are processed in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts
• Working alongside our CPA
