Overview:


The Digital Market Analyst will support the Director of Digital Growth and Digital Market Manager Team through data mining, digital program sales analysis and Breakthru Now performance data.

This role will lead in gathering actionable digital insights and data from each market to be used in business reviews, programs recaps, business planning and sales trainings.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide Digital Market Manager team with periodic insights, data summaries and supporting analysis for digital programs and supplier activities.
  • Offer analytical support for sales initiatives, B2C programs and Breakthru Now growth for all BBG markets.
  • Develop/modify weekly reporting and communication cadences. Work closely with Digital Market Manager Team leading all deliverables as it relates the role/ scope.
  • Run digital program, B2B and sales reports, develop scorecards and reporting tools to communicate, track and monitor key initiatives and programs.
  • Work across all markets to monitor B2C and B2B performance.
  • Analyze appropriate digital dashboard data and develop strong skills in identifying actionable data.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, marketing, or business analyst role
  • Working knowledge of B2C and B2B digital and eCommerce platforms (marketplaces, retailer websites, social media)
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
  • Ability to identify key metrics in reports.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, passion for problem solving and learning the business, and developing strong diagnostics skills.
  • Must be a resultsoriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer first philosophy
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in fastpaced, highvolume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Profitero or other auditing or power apps.
  • Proficiency leveraging syndicated (Nielsen, IRI, etc.), consumer, shopper research and/or category management data
  • Prefer 1 year in an analytical role within sales/marketing, business strategy, or strategy

Physical Requirements:


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
