Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation by washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Support the cook in food service activities, such as plating and garnishing dishes
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with catering orders and special events as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food preparation role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
