Overview:
We are seeking a experienced Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager and Driver, you will be responsible to keep track of the current job and making sure they are getting final inspections and doing clean ups.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


Duties:

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues or concerns
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any questions or concerns
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
• Complete inspections and clean ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Roofer in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
