    HI, I am looking for a structural engineering report on a double brick house as part of a pre purchase inspection report.

    I have an existing brick shed and I want to convert it into a 2 storey granny flat by contructing a steel frame building as the first floor and using existing shed as the ground floor.

    Completed inspection and found 10mm floor deviation in ground floor and 5mm deviation in 1st floor. Would like to know of this is a structural problem or foundation problem.

    VBA Mandatory inspection for warehouse fibre slab construction. You will need to be a VBA registered professional engineer (structural or civil).
    Building surveyor requires pre-pour reinforcement inspection for every slab pour (about 20 slab pour). There will be very minimum reinforcement to inspect. We only have trimmer reinforcements at columns. Each slab pour only 6 columns and therefore only require around 10-15 mins on site.
    Please provide a fee per inspection via email or text message. We are an interstate engineering consulting firm and also seeking for long term partner in Victoria for inspection work.

    I have had engineering already done for an extension/double storey addition on to the end of an existing brick late 60s house.

    Building surveyor requires some very small additional engineering where the stairs will go through the existing ceiling joists and one rafter/maybe 2 will need to be cut and a small dormer added to provide the necessary clearance into the new upper storey addition.

    I'm a builder and my client has had engineered plans done for a house raise in Archerfield. The engineering of the structure seems a bit more than what I've had in the past. Looking for an engineer to look at the plans and cut back a bit if possible

    II'm selling a single residential house storey house and my buyer requires structural inspection and report to demonstrate the house is still in good condition.

    The house is only 14 years old built by Porter Davis. I need the inspection ASAP.

    We are concerned that a large tree (15 m) on our neighbours property (approximately 1 metre from the boundary) has damaged our path and the slab that our house is on.
