Your tasks:


  • Bookings in the areas of bank, creditors, debtors (including foreign)
  • Active participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (according to HGB, prospectively also IFRS)
  • Support in the implementation of a new ERP system
  • Liquidity planning and execution of payment transactions
  • Execution of warehouse bookings, reconciliation of received down payments, credit card statements, cash sales reconciliation (Paypal), etc.
  • Preparation of cost breakdowns in Excel

Your background:


  • Commercial training or studies
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, finance or taxes
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent English or willingness to learn
