Pedagogical Specialist / Educator (m/f/d)


Your tasks and competencies:


  • Caring for children aged 06 years
  • Planning, implementing, organizing and reflecting on pedagogical work
  • Participation in team meetings and training sessions
  • Initiating and accompanying play and educational processes
  • Trustful collaboration with parents as partners in education
  • Conducting development discussions and documentation
  • Developing new concepts and activities

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator (m/f/d)
  • Completed degree in social pedagogy, childhood education or an equivalent recognized degree program
  • Enjoyment and commitment to educating, nurturing and caring for children
  • Teamwork, reliability and resilience
  • Sense of responsibility and empathy
