- Collaborates with internal teams, clients, leadership, and/or other project participants to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message.
- Designs original animation and visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.
- Chooses graphics, animation, art, and photography, as appropriate for assigned projects.
- Selects fonts for written copy; produces sample layout for approval by leadership or other project participants.
- Prepares drafts of design work and provides samples to appropriate staff or departments for review, collaboration, and execution.
- Evaluate and collect all user requirements and collaborate with product engineers and managers.
- Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.
- Gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Use their skills to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, or sitemap.
- Plans and facilitates studio and field-based video production work, including the planning, filming, editing, sound mixing, graphic design, compression output, and distribution of a wide range of products.
- Work with the marketing department to get and understanding of the short term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
- Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on an assignment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
- Bachelor's degree required, major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related disciplines highly preferred.

Insight Global is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer who can translate a Virtual Health's client to identity and message into both graphic and 3D animated assets.
The designer will apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create visually engaging concepts such as logos, promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials.
Applicants must have substantial understanding and experience with design principles and tools, along with experience in healthcare, product marketing, and software marketing.
