Description

You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of creating learning content for new hire onboarding and ongoing learning opportunities for the global go to market team, as well as be a liaison between marketing and our sellers to ensure we have the most up to date content available to support our sales motions.

This role will also support the management of our content and learning management systems.


Responsibilities:

Design virtual, in-person, on-demand and ad hoc learning experiences and resources to support an evolving and fast-growing SaaS organization.

Design and deliver standardized playbooks in collaboration with Subject matter experts across the organization.


Ensure that all sales materials align with the company & product messaging while aligning to the GTM sales process and methodology.

Support stakeholder relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners globally.

Maintain CMS and LMS (Seismic & Seismic Learning)


Requirements:

3-5 years enablement experience in a SaaS organization.

Experience managing a sales enablement platform and LMS (Experience with Seismic is a plus)

Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.

Previous experience building onboarding programs.

Highly comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Instructional Design and/or previous sales experience are a definite plus.
