What does this job involve?

As an industrial clerk, you can be employed in various economic areas within a company. You will be responsible for managing business processes. In the materials management department, you will obtain quotes, compare conditions, and negotiate with suppliers. You will oversee the entire process from goods receipt to goods dispatch. In production management, you will be involved in production processes, and in sales, you will assist with calculations and develop price lists. Additionally, you will work in the areas of marketing, human resources, and finance and accounting, making your job very diverse.

What does the training include?

Industrial clerk is a recognized 3-year apprenticeship in industry and commerce. The scope of work includes order processing, planning of goods delivery and receipt, and customer consultation. During the training, you will gain comprehensive knowledge in purchasing, sales, service, accounting/personnel, and marketing. You will work in a team with colleagues, which makes the job even more enjoyable.
