Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a Health and Nursing Professional (m/f/d) with a specialization in perioperative care or as an OTA (m/f/d) with practical work experience
  • Completed pedagogical university degree or willingness to start a degree program by the winter semester of 202
  • Enthusiasm for innovative teaching and learning methods, especially with digital media and teaching concepts
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and interdisciplinarily
  • Commitment to contributing to the development of the school's framework

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participation in school development
  • Taking on a course leadership role
  • Implementation of the pedagogical concept
  • Planning, conducting, and evaluating learning situations and lessons
  • Active involvement in the new ATA/OTA curriculum
  • Participation in innovative projects for school development, such as digitalization
  • Coordination and administration of exams
  • Close supervision and coordination in various training locations
  • Representing the school in training companies and events
