    Mission:

    Deliver customer value through providing quality development work on our web application.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Develop code for enterprise-level products
    • Work in a high-performing lean environment
    • Estimate development tasks for time to completion
    • Coordinate with product managers and designers to achieve delightful customer experiences
    • Regular and consistent communication of progress on projects and tasks
    • Create automated tests for tasks, working with a QA analyst to automate tests cases
    • Provide concise documentation to explain product functionality and improve technical communication between stakeholders.
    • Architect and oversee larger software development projects for the team
    • Provide good technical details when breaking down tasks
    • Ensures the team is following JobNimbus and general industry standards
    • Mentor other developers on the team
    • Effectively collaborates across teams and contributes to the discipline as a whole

    • Testing (Unit, Integration, and E2E tests)

    Customer Obsessed. Unit and integration tests should deliver value in reducing code smells, and issues via static analysis feedback. In other words, our customers should be saying, "Aw dip. This product is off the charts cool. Whoever wrote that code deserves a raise"
