    KPMG is currently seeking a Oracle Technical, Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services ) practice.


    Responsibilities:
    Accountable for supporting a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement

    Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions including interactions with offshore team members

    Gather requirements from client users via KPMG requirements template and configure, test and support User Acceptance testing (UAT); perform or assist with migration to PROD

    Conduct quarterly Release testing, where applicable, and support interface/integration testing

    Work in KPMG Service Now application for ticketing / documentation and communication


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of three Oracle implementations and/or three years of recent post- production support; managerial experience is a plus but not required

    Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited college/university Knowledge and experience supporting HCM and Financials applications

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management

    Experience in the following areas creating or modifying: OIC, OTBI, BIP Reports, SQL, FBDI, AFDI and Fast Formulas
