Work onsite at warehouse 7am to 3pm, Mon - Fri and reports to Manager Warehouse.- Warehouse inventory auditor is responsible for verifying and reporting the items that move in and out of a warehouse.
- To ensure goods are stored and shipped in optimal conditions to prevent theft, damage, spoilage, or wastage.
- Use computer databases, tools, and equipment to perform their duties and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and other records to ensure that all items have been accounted for
- Inspect warehouses to ensure that inventory levels are in line with company standards and compliance with internal control procedures
- Count, check, and record the items in stock using a handheld scanner or other device
- Report issues with inventory such as shortages, overages, damaged items and returns.
- Recommend strategies to improve or streamline inventory processes
- Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, or other departments to compare information or coordinate procedures
