Our primary aim is to popularize our super-insulating silica aerogel, the world's first fully transparent aerogel, to enable the widespread adoption of cost-effective, high-quality windows. AeroShield collaborates with insulated glazing manufacturers to develop and launch top-notch products.

What We Seek in an Account Manager:

As an Account Manager at AeroShield, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with current and potential customers engaged in the production of insulated glass units for various applications. Your role involves overseeing discussions, managing sample projects, and identifying ways to help customers achieve their business and sustainability objectives.

While this position offers remote work flexibility, travel to customer sites and our R&D facilities in Boston, MA, is expected. Take a look at some key responsibilities:

  • Managing existing relationships
  • Coordinating product samples and information sharing with current customers
  • Ensuring project adherence to customer needs and expectations
  • Assisting in client material development and communication
  • Expanding network with stakeholders and articulating value propositions confidently
  • Developing new connections
  • Engaging with potential clients and organizing introductory talks with Product Engineering support
  • Facilitating agreements to enable information and sample exchange
  • Exploring new customer opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Contributing to Marketing and Brand Awareness
  • Representing AeroShield at industry events and engaging with key stakeholders
  • Offering insights on marketing collateral and supporting customer-centric strategies

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills
  • Experience in project management, product development, business development, or account management for technical products
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a flexible work setup
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in financial and contractual review
  • Excellent communication skills, with a preference for training and technical documentation experience
  • Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with windows, glass, or architectural products
  • Prior exposure to collaborations and partnerships in small teams or startup environments
