Remcon is a family owned and operated Manufacturing Company and we are seeking to mentor a student, share our knowledge and give some real-world work experience in the field of Marketing.

SUMMARY The Market Research Analyst will research, compile, and analyze information on products and markets to identify potential new markets and sales opportunities.


OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Researches and compiles data related to current products, markets, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing product demand; analyzes results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration of current products.
• Compiles data related to competitors' products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology.
• Drafts questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources.
• Summarizes and analyzes data; makes recommendations related to research findings.
• Reports findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings.
• Identifies potential markets through research.
• Ability to use SAGE CRM to mine for data.
• Forecasts and tracks industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
• Research alternative products and markets that are suitable for roto-molding and Remcon.

• Strong capability in spreadsheet construction, use of complex databases, and statistical analysis

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Math, or related field required.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
