In its services and facilities, both full-time and volunteer employees are committed to children, youth, families, and people in social, psychological, and economic emergencies.
We are currently seeking a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) with a B.A.degree in social work or a comparable education for open children and youth work in an "Open Door" and associated playground with a focus on sports and health.
This is a permanent position with a workload of 35 hours per week.The open youth area is visited by young people aged 12 and above from Monday to Friday starting at 2pm.
The playground is open to children aged 6 and above from Monday to Friday from 3pm.We are looking for someone who:
Shows commitment and creativity in organizing leisure, adventure, and educational activities Has empathy and understanding for the special situations of children and youth Has the ability to establish contact and trust with children and youth in difficult life situations Is a team player and enjoys working independently You are: Interested in taking on new tasks and developing your skills Time-flexible (evenings and weekends)
