Description

Arcadia is Germany's leading retailer for paper, office and stationery supplies with around 300 stores. Whatever is needed for school, office, drawing or packaging and gifting: we have it.

We are currently looking for:

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

for the regions of Bavaria and Hesse.

These are your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a group of stores (approximately X stores) and visit them regularly to ensure and improve processes and structures of store operations.
By effectively managing key performance indicators, you will achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
You will lead and develop store personnel and ensure necessary recruitment.
You will accompany and manage store renovations and new openings in your region.
You will implement sales-promoting measures according to guidelines.

What qualifies you:

You have completed a vocational training, preferably in retail - we also welcome professionals with several years of experience in the retail industry.
You have first experience in a leadership position.
In addition to analytical and organizational skills, you possess high social competence and a willingness to learn and perform.
You are goal-oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
You can keep a cool head
