We are seeking a highly professional, personable and motivated individual to join one of our Boston area Medspas as our full-time Front Desk Representative / Office Lead


Overview
Our busy, high-end Medspas offer the latest in non-surgical cosmetic procedures aimed at helping our clients look and feel their best


The Front Desk Representative / Office Lead will not only work the front desk of the office and be responsible for all front desk operations but will also work closely with Company Management to assist with the day-to-day management of the office.

This individual will participate in the coordination and implementation of projects and changes associated with maximizing the efficiency and productivity of the practice.


Responsibilities include:


  • Completion of all front desk operations and ensures continuous coverage when away:
  • Check clients in/out in a timely & professional manner
  • Timely and accurately enter/update patient information in the practice management system and any outside documents.
  • Monitors Providers' schedules to ensure that appointments are scheduled according to established protocols / guidelines and communicate schedule changes or appointment issues.
  • Solicit feedback on client experience
  • Complete daily reporting, record keeping and reconciliation.
  • Work to create a culture of teamwork, engagement and patientcentered care
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient concerns and work with Management to find acceptable solutions to patient inquiries
  • Oversee office inventory, including the ordering of supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree highly preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant Medspa or medical/surgical practice experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a Medspa or medical/surgical practice
  • 1+ years of supervisory / managerial experience
  • Neat, professional appearance
  • Proficient with computers
  • Experience with practice management software and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Must be able to legally work in the US / Sponsorship not offered


Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Experience:


  • Front desk (medspa or medical): 2 year (required)
  • Sales experience (medspa or medical): 1 year (required)
  • Supervisory / managerial experience: 1 year (required)
