Join our company at our Springe location as a Team Leader for Commercial Network and Meter Management (m/f/d).

Your qualifications:

You have a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or a completed vocational training with additional qualifications in the energy industry.

You have previous work experience in the energy sector, preferably in network billing, market communication, and/or meter operation, and ideally have experience in implementing digitalization projects.

You can quickly familiarize yourself with strategic topics, enjoy conceptual work, and have a strong understanding of process and technical connections.

Your independent work style, high IT affinity, and proficiency in common software systems and programs used in the energy industry, such as SAP-ISU, complete your profile.

Your responsibilities:
You will lead a team of seven employees and be responsible for all processes related to commercial network and meter management for SLP customers, from system-based meter installation to billing and coordinating market
