    Role: We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. This role will be instrumental in furthering our capabilities in the realm of LLMs, adapting models to various hardware platforms, and developing innovative tools and solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deep Understanding of LLMs: Develop, optimize, and maintain Large Language Models for various applications.
    • Hardware Adaptation: Port and adapt LLMs to different hardware platforms, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Fine-tuning: Modify and adapt pre-trained models to better suit specific tasks or datasets.
    • Large Context Windows: Implement and enhance techniques to manage and utilize larger context windows effectively.
    • RAG & Langchain Techniques: Implement and optimize systems using Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG) and Langchain Framework.
    • HuggingFace API Mastery: Build, test, and deploy solutions using the HuggingFace API.
    • Agent & Tool Development: Create sophisticated agents and tools to harness the power of LLMs in various applications.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with teams of diverse skill levels, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Rapid Prototyping: Quickly iterate on ideas and produce prototypes to demonstrate and test new concepts.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and LLMs and incorporate them as appropriate.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models, their architecture, and underlying principles.
    • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and especially HuggingFace.
    • Strong experience with hardware acceleration techniques and platforms.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
    • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven to work effectively as part of a team.

    Location: Within the continental US/Canada, the candidate will be required to travel a few times a year to San Jose, CA

    Pay Range : Begins at $130,000 per year and range increases based upon experience
