You need...

  • a vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • professional experience in customer service, ideally from the automotive industry or a technology company
  • enjoyment in dealing with customers
  • analytical and solution-oriented skills
  • the ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes in interdisciplinary teams
  • written and oral communication skills in English and German
