PROJECT MANAGER TGA (M/F/D) WANTED IN BIELEFELD

On behalf of our client in Bielefeld, we are looking for an experienced project manager (m/f/d) for technical building equipment in the field of supply engineering as part of a personnel placement.

The position is to be filled by agreement / as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Your tasks
  • You plan and monitor the technical building equipment of demanding construction projects
  • You participate in the tendering and awarding process and are able to effectively communicate complex issues to the client (e.g. building owners, specialist engineers, etc.)
  • Efficient project planning and control, including monitoring deadlines and costs, as well as responsibility for quality and budget, are among your strengths
  • You are responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of an internal and external TGA project team
Your profile
  • Degree in supply or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification such as a technician or master's degree (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in planning and implementing building technical systems
  • Sound knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures)
  • A structured and performance-oriented work style as well as good communication skills
