Job Description:
As an office management clerk, you will handle internal secretarial and administrative tasks and take on commercial and administrative tasks within your department.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
You are an expert in text formatting and communication. Using a computer, you will handle correspondence and create statistics and files. You will also be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing customer service.
Additionally, you will be involved in accounting tasks such as checking invoices, making payments, recording various transactions, and conducting cost calculations.
You will also assist with sales meetings, conferences, and seminars.During your training, you will rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations. These may include the central office, order processing, customer service, sales, and accounting. This will provide you with a diverse and engaging work experience.
Requirements:
- Good secondary school diploma
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Enjoy working with customers
- Enjoy working in a team
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Open-mindedness and commitment
