- Support for IT users* as part of the EDAG Service Desk in the Fulda region
- Ticket processing via the ticket management system and the service desk hotline
- Acceptance, processing, and resolution of incidents and service requests
- Assistance for IT users* in handling IT systems and applications
- Evaluation and pre-qualification of incidents and service requests for the IT back end
- Lifecycle management of hardware and software
What you bring to the table:
- IT degree as a computer scientist* or similar qualification, ideally with first professional experience
- Strong service orientation, good communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor
- Negotiation skills in German and good English skills in spoken and written form
