Our Desert Valley Oral Surgery practice is looking for a motivated individual to join our front desk team

This is a full-time (hourly non-exempt) position. No late evenings or weekend hours.

Hours:
Mon - Thurs 7:30am - 5pm, Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm. No weekend hours.

Gilbert Location: 2915 E Baseline Rd #106 Gilbert, AZ 85234

Queen Creek Location: 21321 E Ocotillo Rd Queen Creek, AZ 85142


Who you are:

You have experience working with insurance and treatment plans in the medical/dental field.

You have strong analytic/math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

You are an individual who has developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills mean that you work well in a close team environment.

With your strong grasp of professional appearance and attitude, you provide superior customer service.

You have learned how to work independently and multi-task without losing your cool.


What you will do:


  • Prepare daily reports for doctors
  • Receive treatment plans and verify for accuracy.
  • Present treatment plans to patients at consultation appointments
  • Work with patient's needs to offer various financial planning options
  • Generate pretreatment estimates for patients as requested
  • Schedule patients appropriately for their surgical treatment
  • Understand nuances of medical/dental insurance
  • Correspond with referring offices as needed concerning patient treatment
  • Backup for other areas as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
