- Organize all automotive documents, repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
- Follow up after completed service appointments to ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs
- Schedule appointments for service technicians
- Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments
- Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
- Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology
- Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and clean driving record is integral
- Must have problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other fundamental programs
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory

Compensation:$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:"Where Quality is a Tradition" Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas was established in 1983. A 58,000-square-foot facility on 9 acres located at 45th and Soncy. This is a state-of-the-art facility and the customer's comfort has been emphasized from the ample parking right down to the gourmet coffee.
