Studio 770 is looking for an Event Coordinator / Marketing Intern

WITH A 3 MONTH COMMITMENT

Some of the responsibilities include the follow:

• Assist with updating the Wix Website
• Assist on events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
• Assists Manager and staff on coordinator of activities to prepare for the day of the event.
• Coordinates details of events such as open mic nights and fundraisers
• Prepare invitations and sends out at appropriate time
• Works with event host or clients to ensure all requests are met
• Works with the marketing director to drive attendance to the event
• Promotes the event using flyers, cold calling and social media as examples of ways to spark attention
• Analyzes marketing analytics
• Defines company brand through events
• Ensures that staff is adequately prepared for event
• Provides receipts if needed
• Ensures day of event goes smoothly
• Sets up booths, flowers, decorations, and other event decor
• Sets up raffles, and other activities as needed
• Build and maintain our social media presence and engagement, including content creation and posting for social media (such as instagram, facebook, linkedin, meetup, etc).
• Research & brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, including new ideas to promote company events.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
• Creative development of new marketing campaigns

AVAILABILITY:
Days and times are flexible.
This is an unpaid internship
for experience only and you must be willing to commit to 8 hours per week for a 3 month internship with us We are looking for 2 people for this position so feel free to apply


Must have experience with editing Wix Websites
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferred
