Job summary

We are looking to add a skilled experienced sous chef to our culinary team in Raleigh NC. As a sous chef you will have the opportunity to teach others about your craft supervising and participating in management of BOH department in professional dining division.
  • Develop menus in accordance with consumer tastes nutritional needs ease of preparation and established procedures budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain proper production safety sanitation standards.
