    Batteries Plus Bulbs in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking to hire a full-time Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician to provide top-notch customer service while making sales and repairing our customers' devices. Do you have device repair experience with the motivation to advance your skills? Are you a customer service rockstar looking for a fun, fast-paced environment to work in? If so, keep reading

    We pay our CellPhone Repair Technician/ Sales Assosiate a competitive wage of $14-$17/hour + SPIFFS, based on experience, (PAID WEEKLY).

    We also offer solid benefits including 3 paid sick days (after 90 days), paid holidays (after 90 days), paid vacations (after 1 year), a spiff program $$$ , employee discounts, and paid training and development. If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today

    HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday - Saturday 8AM until 6PM , Sunday 10AM until 5PM.

    YOUR LIFE AS A CELLPHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN / SALES REP.

    You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. Any clerk can sell a pack of AA batteries, but you are a trusted advisor that can recommend the right battery for the application whether it's a cell phone, truck, or recreational vehicle. You also answer inbound phone calls and happily answer customer questions. You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily to ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued.

    You get to use your mechanical skills to repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. Your experience has given you the confidence to assist our customers with their technology troubles. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 6 months of device repair experience
    • Able to lift 50LBS
    • valid drivers license / reliable transportation

    Customer service and retail sales experience are preferred, but not required.
