    Chief Financial Officer

    to drive their continued success.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

    They will collaborate with the President and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and leadership.
    The major areas of primary responsibility are as follows:

    Produces the annual budget and monthly accounting and management reports needed for the responsible financial management and control of the company.

    Alerts when and where the company is not operating within its goals and objectives and suggests corrective action necessary to maintain the financial health of the company.

    Evaluates and implements all accounting systems, procedures and controls.
    Determines, negotiates and closes all banking and related facilities.
    Has primary responsibility for the hiring, maintenance and ongoing evaluation of the company's accounting firm.
    Evaluates the financial viability of all company acquisitions, participates in negotiations and drafts preliminary letters of intent.
    Has primary responsibility over payroll administration for the company.
    Ensures field management are engaged and properly equipped in order to support the financial strategies of the company.

    Responsible for the personnel, evaluation, implementation and operation of all software, hardware and networks necessary for the proper and efficient functioning of the company.

    Designs and/or generates all management and other information reports requested or implements appropriate software and training to accomplish the same.

    Responsible for various hands-on aspects of the accounting function relative to month end closing.
    Responsible for overseeing, negotiating and implementing all company casualty, property and business risk insurance strategies and plans.

    Principally develops, along with the President and other executive management team members, the near term and long-term strategic goals and objectives of the organization and the implementation of the same.

    Qualifications
    Strong finance-based analytical skills

    • 10 years' of finance experience
    B.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Business Management or combined with equivalent Experience.
    CPA, JD, Commercial Lending or equivalent experience
