- Minimum 10 years' experience as a field service technician for construction heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in D/C electrical operation and theory, including reading schematics and understanding solid-state devices.
- Proficiency in hydraulic operation and theory, including reading schematics.
- Familiarity with electronic diesel engine controls for all brands.
- Functional knowledge of powertrain systems.
- Clean driving record.
- Must have own tools.
- Basic computer skills, including Office programs and internet use.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
