For the location in Hickory Hills, we are looking for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Manager (m/w/d). The job holder (d/m/w) is responsible for managing the Airbus properties and the associated real estate companies.


THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:
Tenant and lease management with external landlords, including market analysis with real estate brokers and negotiation with tenants and landlords
Responsibility for creating CapEx/investment expenditure decision templates for new leases as well as expansion and extension of existing leases in close coordination with Airbus user representatives
Intensive support in the commercial real estate management of three real estate companies (based in Northern Germany) including annual coordination with the finance departments for the balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the companies
