The Role

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and tailored solutions
  • Key account management/support for key customers in the consumer goods sector
  • Creation of sales plans and offers, negotiation of framework agreements
  • Provision of products/solutions/services to customers in accordance with volume, mix, and profitability targets
  • Identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the extended sales team - monitoring of customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in cooperation with the marketing team
  • Monitoring of competitive activities and ensuring appropriate response strategies
  • Coordination of information flow for sales activities and transactions (e.g. leads, invoices, orders, contracts, etc.) as well as analysis of data to ensure goal achievement
