  • Under general supervision, responsibilities include entry level professional work in a combination of business and office operations such as all aspects of human resources, procurement, contract and grant administration, and/or facilities management functions.

Minimum Qualifications:


Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training, work experience or education may be substituted.

Experience:


  • One to two years of professional experience preferably in a higher education setting.

Preferences:


Preferences:


  • Knowledge of University of Maryland software systems such as KFS, BPM, ELF, University's payroll process (PHR) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of University personnel and graduate school policies and procedures.
