We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

Your attention to detail and passion for creating delicious baked goods will contribute to our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts
Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
Ensure all products are baked and finished on time
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

Proven experience in food production, preferably in a restaurant or bakery setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods
Ability to package baked goods for display or sale
Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and take orders
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Proficient in food preparation techniques, including mixing, kneading, and shaping dough
Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Creativity and attention to detail for decorating baked goods
Experience with pastry making is a plus
