To support the customer management team in the field of supplementary dental insurance, we are looking for call center agents, telephone customer service representatives (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

As a call center agent, telephone customer service representative (m/f/d), your tasks will include:

Advising existing and new customers on supplementary dental insurance via telephone and email (no cold calling)
Creating individual offers for the supplementary dental insurance sector
Recording and maintaining customer data and responsibility for applications
Acting as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
Supporting the continuous development of the comparison offer

Qualifications:

Commercial training (e.g. office clerk or insurance specialist) or alternatively, insurance career changers are also welcome
Previous experience in customer consultation
High customer orientation and a confident and friendly telephone manner
Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
Handson mentality and implementation strength with attention to detail
Enthusiasm for digital business models

Benefits:
