Responsibilities include:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products
- Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory
- Manage help desk requests from beginning through resolution
- Provide restoration, repair, and cleaning of office equipment when applicable
- Document call requests and queuing them for resolution
- Close out completed service tickets
- Track and providing a weekly report of disposition of all service calls
- Work with repair staff to ensure client needs are met.

Required Experience & Skills
- Ability to answer, record, and track inbound phone calls.
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with all levels of employees, including vendors, clients, contractors, and the public.
- Experience in furniture restoration and repair
- Strong ability to plan, schedule, and forecast resource requirements for customer service calls.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including the senior management team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
