    Role Summary:


    This team of experienced and well-trained individuals will support the remittance/payment log for Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and all plan sponsor clients.

    The department will address and handle outstanding remittances and terminations, reconciling the log for all clients by directly contacting the clients (as needed), as well as provide timely responses to Deposit Administration to ensure timely processing.

    This team will also provide payroll remittance support as an extension of the Payroll Integration team and CRMs, with the ability to resolve data validation, payroll remittance and work order needs.


    Responsibilities:
    Priority to certain billing cases and 38-day cases
    Researching the issue(s) that are preventing the application of funds and documenting the work
    Provide internal support to CRMs and supporting clients, including contacting clients to resolve remittance, payment, loan, data validation, work order and payroll issues
    Processing limited transactions to allow for the application of funds
    Working with the Deposit Administration and other departments to expedite application of funds
    Work with Deposit Administration on research, refund, return items, and forfeiture cases
    Work with Loan Administration to reconcile loan remittance issues
    Work with the Payroll Integration team to resolve error issues
    Work closely as the liaison between our plan sponsor clients, CRMs, and Deposit Administration and Loan teams
    Work with clients and CRMs to process work orders and identify/resolve errors in Data Validation Web
    Maintaining associated Salesforce records (workflow/case updates)

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree
    Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
    Entry level experience with verifying transactions and or payment administration
    Strong organization skills
    Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically familiarity with Excel
    Ability to spot discrepancies and provide attention to detail
    Communication skills and comfortability speaking with payroll managers and human resource directors
    Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business day
    Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Valid driver's license
    This position is designated as essential to the operation of the Client Support department. Accordingly, as part of our regular duties, employees in this position must be available at all times, at the discretion of management to perform their job functions, including, but not limited to the event of a potential storm or other emergency situation

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Prior work experience in group retirement plan industry
    Basic knowledge and understanding of corporate/group retirement plans (403(b), 401(k) and 457 plans) including: retirement plan design and understanding of retirement plan rules & regulations
    Experience using FIS DC Omni platform and Data Validation Web

    You will be eligible to receive up to 9% of your pay (salary and incentive compensation) in company contributions.

    Parental Leave: 8 weeks fully paid
    Paid time off: 20 days plus two floating personal holidays
