We are looking for a contractor in Camden, SC to carry out a complete renovation of our apartment.Our main goal is to update the living space for comfort, increase the value of the property, and improve energy efficiency.
The renovation will include the bathroom(s), kitchen, bedroom(s), and/or room(s).We plan to make changes to the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as paint, replace doors and floors, and install new windows.
The apartment measures between 51 and 70 square meters and is over 40 years old. We are currently in the process of purchasing the property and have already signed a contract. We would like to start the renovation in the next few days. Our main preference for the service is the best price.
