    We are looking for a
    Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.



    This is a Temp to Hire position

    Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Sunday 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    Ability to work occasionally during the week to cover for vacations, illness, etc.


    Position Summary:

    Provide weekend coverage for a high-end Real Estate Company.
    Act as first point of contact for the company greeting clients, guests and answering the phone.


    Responsibilities:
    Answering phone calls and emails
    Assist Agents with daily tasks, scheduling emails, and other assignments as needed.
    Provide administrative support to team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when necessary.


    Qualifications:
    Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills and verbal communication skills.
    Well-verses in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.


    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
