Your tasks:


  • Maintenance/administration of SAP PM (bills of materials, equipment, spare parts, technical locations)
  • Maintenance of equipment and bills of materials in SAP and coordination of demandbased stock management of spare/reserve parts in consultation with the operations engineers
  • Warehouse management/maintenance in SAP MM (reordering and management of technical warehouse items, inventory, goods receipt)
  • Demandbased procurement of stock and nonstock materials
  • Proper provision and coordination of shipping of technical materials, devices, and machines for repair
  • Support of department managers in their tasks
  • Operational support during special operating conditions (e.g. malfunctions, shutdowns, startups)
  • Coordination and coordination of various tasks related to other trades (monitoring deadlines, commissioning)
  • Support of managers/engineers in the proper documentation of work, especially in documentation according to legal regulations (e.g. accident prevention regulations, pressure vessel regulations)

Your profile:


  • Completed technical education with a commercial background or commercial education with a technical background
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent SAP knowledge (MM and PM modules)
  • Knowledge of the chemical industry and asset management
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
  • Good team player
  • High level of commitment and reliability
