Job Title:
Administrative Assistant


Location:
San Diego, CA 92123


Pay Rate:
$30-35/hr. on W2


Major purpose:


  • The Administrative Assistant will provide proactive, confidential administrative support function at an advanced level for Program Management, executive staff and other departments as necessary and requiring knowledge of company structure, technical terminology, policies and procedures.

Major functions:


  • Managing calendaring, meeting coordination, complex domestic (and some international) travel.
  • Word processing, timely completion of expense reports, and handling of special projects.
  • Anticipates, prepares and organizes materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, special events, corporate functions, etc.

Technical/Functional skills:


  • Takes initiative, is discreet, acts with diplomacy, maintains a professional attitude and make decisions within corporate/department guidelines.
  • Maintains accuracy, consistency and quality in a fastpaced, multitask environment and is flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed.
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment in handling confidential, employee and businessrelated or sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Prefer Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of corporate executive level administrative experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products Word, Excel and Power Point, Microsoft Outlook and computer software related to specific tasks

Additional Job Requirements

This is an on-site role only.

No remote work is allowed. Also, we're looking for a mature, reliable individual who does not feel the need to look at their phone frequently.

$ $35.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)
