We are currently seeking a
Export / Customs Processing Employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Heideck, Bavaria.


Your responsibilities

  • Conducting export customs processing in compliance with customs regulations
  • Completing export declarations
  • Preparing customs declarations and other customs documents
  • Creating delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Providing customer service and independently coordinating shipping orders

Your profile

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in a freight forwarding company or shipping department of an industrial company with a high export share
  • Good knowledge of customs processing, especially export customs clearance
  • Good teamwork and communication skills, as well as planning and organizational skills and resilience
  • Good knowledge of English
