As a Senior Accountant in the Digital Assets & Investments team you'll play a pivotal role at the heart of our transactional ecosystem managing high-volume complex digital asset transactions with precision and insight You will own critical responsibilities including maintaining our digital assets module exception monitoring analysis ensuring data integrity recordkeeping reconciliations financial regulatory reporting driving process automation In fast-paced multi-entity international environment you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end close reporting disclosures audits knowledge-sharing initiatives You will also partner closely with external consultants internal stakeholders across data engineering product treasury risk finance to deliver seamless execution strategic impact What You'll Work On Lead support month-end close activities across digital assets investments USYC accounting ensuring accuracy timeliness Perform fluctuation variance analysis validating account changes ensuring balances accurately reflected GL financial statements Contribute regulatory filings key reporting disclosures compliance transparency Identify execute process improvement opportunities partnering cross-functionally Engineering Product Treasury Compliance Data teams drive automation enhance reporting quality Define validate reporting requirements existing operations new product launches ensuring completeness accuracy scalability Collaborate external consultants technology partners advance automation innovation digital asset accounting processes Support SOX controls audits tax-related requirements maintaining strong compliance framework Drive value ad hoc projects strategic initiatives needed dynamic environment What You'll Bring To Circle Bachelor degree Accounting Finance Business CPA ACA ACCA certification preferred years progressive accounting experience ideally within firm financial services industry top-tier consulting environment Solid understanding technical accounting regulatory frameworks knowledge SOX controls proven expertise complex reconciliations variance analysis financial reporting Demonstrated passion process improvement automation driving operational efficiency Highly organized detail-oriented managing multiple priorities fast-paced dynamic environment Proactive self-motivated sense ownership creativity problem solving Effective collaborator working global cross-functional teams time zones Exceptional written verbal communication skills conveying complex concepts clearly concisely Preferred Requirements Experience working large listed Company Experience Oracle Slack MacOS GSuite Experience working remotely high-growth environment Circle mission creating inclusive financial future transparency core Considering wide variety elements crafting compensation ranges total packages Starting pay determined factors relevant experience skill set qualifications business organizational needs Please note compensation ranges differ candidates locations Base Pay Range: 112500 -147500 We equal opportunity employer Do not discriminate race religion color national origin gender sexual orientation age marital status veteran status disability status protected status required laws hire Additionally Circle participates E-Verify Program locations law Should require accommodations assistance interview process disability please reach out for support Respect privacy connect separately interview process accommodate needs
