Your responsibilities:

You will set up our various transport and automation systems geometrically. You will operate the different systems mostly through a mobile control panel and teach the various positions

You will adjust and check the geometry on our machining and special machines. You are comfortable using highly precise measuring tools and have a basic understanding of geometric principles from your previous work experience

You will perform adjustments and functional tests on the actuators and sensors of our machining and special machines

You will set up NC-controlled machining processes, analyze measurement results, and make corresponding corrections in the NC program. You will evaluate machining results and make changes to machining tools and cutting data

You will identify problems in the mechanics of the machines, develop methodical solutions, and implement them

You have a passion for machine controls (especially Siemens 840D) and have basic knowledge of operating robots (Fanuc/Bosch/KUKA/ABB
